Service Redo & Retail Return
My main priority is guest satisfaction. If you have any challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 5 days of your appointment and I'm happy to correct the issue for you with no additional charge. Any issues must be corrected within 3 weeks of the original appointment.Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, I'll happily honor an exchange at full credit within 14 days from your initial purchase.
Cancellations and No Shows
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to all of my guests, I ask that you confirm or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If you should need to reschedule or cancel your visit with me within that 48 hour window, I will require an appointment termination fee consisting of 30% of your previous service scheduled. This must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
In order for me to continue providing the best possible experience for each of my guests, I ask that each guest arrive on time to their appointments. Any guest who arrives 5 - 10 minutes late for an appointment may not receive all of the services requested that day depending on timing. Arriving 15 or more minutes late for an appointment may result in a forfeiting of services for the day. Upon rescheduling a termination fee consisting of 30% of the services booked for the day will be due.
With the recent lift in the mask mandate feel free to continue wearing a mask if you wish, but it is not required. We want everyone to do what they feel most comfortable and safe doing. We are still asking that you cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms, and to please come alone to your appointments so we can maintain social distancing. We will not ask or disclose of vaccine status to any guest, and in return we kindly ask you to respect this decision including the privacy of others within the salon. As your service provider, I will be continuing to wear one at this time. If you choose to wear a mask, please wear one that you don't mind potentially getting color on.
In order to maintain an inviting and welcoming atmosphere we are encouraging refraining from the discussion of covid-19, the vaccine, as well as religion and politics. We are providing a safe space to come take a break from life’s every day craziness so please continue to be mindful of that.
